We are looking for an experienced B2B Copy & Content Writer for our Marketing team to join us on this exciting journey

Your mission

As a B2B Copy & Content Writer, you'll be at the forefront of crafting compelling narratives and establishing a consistent brand tone across diverse channels and media. Your expertise in word-craft will play a pivotal role in creating engaging stories about our product and solutions, catering to audiences across various industries. Collaborating closely with multiple departments, you'll be instrumental in shaping our promotional materials, optimizing content for better performance, and ensuring brand integrity across all touchpoints.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Copywriting \[45%]
- Write captivating copy for a variety of promotional materials, including print (brochures, flyers,...), digital (landing pages, web pages, video), and events (trade shows and in-house events).
- Develop creative taglines and slogans for ads, infusing them with the brand's personality and message.
- Proofread and edit content meticulously to ensure grammatical accuracy, correct spelling and punctuation, readable sentence structure, and consistent brand tone.
- Support the optimization of content to enhance search engine visibility and maximize performance on e-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with designers to develop creative ideas for the digital and social media space, aligning them with brand guidelines and objectives.

Content Writing \[45%]
- Craft content that simplifies complex supply chain risk management topics into compelling stories that showcase our expertise and generate leads for all solutions that we offer, including white papers, case studies, and articles.
- Conduct interviews with stakeholders to uncover brand stories that go beyond data, illustrating how performance improvements positively impact our customers.
- Develop thought leadership content, including but not limited to articles and video scripts that educate, excite, or inform, aligning them with the specific marketing objectives of each piece.

Branding \[10%]
- Participate in creating, defining, and maintaining a unique and consistent brand voice across all materials, ensuring sensitivity to channel nuances.
- Adhere to tone across a wide range of industries and target audience profiles, maintaining brand authenticity and relevance.

**Profile**:
**Must haves**:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a B2B copy and/or content writer
- C2 level of English, ideally a native speaker
- Proven experience in B2B copy/ content writing, with a portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatility across different formats and channels.
- Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field preferred.

**Bonus points for**:

- Technical writing experience in supply chain and software space
- Work in an advertising agency/projects with a strong copywriting focus
- Any additional language skills

What we offer you
- An extensive compensation package

According to our collective agreement, the minimum salary for this role is EUR 2,968 gross per month, however the higher packages are likely based on your qualifications and experience.
