**Your mission at RBI**:
- Development and continuous optimization of Payment and Cash Management products (e.g., Open Banking, EBAM, Realtime Treasury) to drive innovation and improve the customer journey
- Product Management of Digital Banking Products and Channels such as SWIFT, EBICS or Open Banking/API
- End-to-end responsibility for the product - from product development to customer onboarding and advisory for clients
- Definition of product strategy based on market research and Voice of Customer
- Support Sales Managers in the sales process and in daily business regarding non-standard customer requests
- Identification of payment and Cash Management related trends and market requirements
- Analysis and implementation of regulatory requirements
***Your core competencies**:
- University graduate (economic or technical studies) or equivalent qualification
- At least 5 years of working experience in Product management within Financial services, preferably in the area of Banking, Treasury or Cash Management
- Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate agile project management / collaboration tools such as Confluence, Jira or equivalent Microsoft Project,a
- Good understanding of customer needs, as well as competitive landscape and industry best practices
- Familiarity with translating technical solutions into simple and clear value-focused messages to create a wow factor among customers
- Open-minded personality with strong problem-solving skills with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of the regulatory framework and industry standards
- Excellent command of German and English; any additional language is an advantage

- **Salary**:the offered gross yearly salary is starting at EUR 63,000 (basis full-time) including overtime with a c lear willingness to overpay depending on qualification and experience.
