Die Abteilung "Kundenübergreifende Lösungen" trägt die inhaltliche und finanzielle Verantwortung für Entwicklung und Betrieb des gesamten Portfolios kundenübergreifender Lösungen im jeweiligen thematischen Fokusbereich von ihrer Entstehung bis hin zum eventuellen Ausscheiden aus dem Markt. Produkt Manager:innen verantworten die Erfüllung der Service Level Agreements, der geplanten Budgets und Business‐Cases, sowie den Produkt Lebenszyklus.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Verantwortlich für die Entwicklung, den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung des elektronischen Aktensystems des Bundes (ELAK) in Abstimmung mit dem Auftraggeber und Kunden
- Erstellung und Umsetzung der Produkt‐Roadmap gemeinsam mit dem Auftraggeber
- Stakeholdermanagement
- Budgetplanung und Überwachung
- Sicherstellung der vertraglich vereinbarten Leistungserbringung
- Vertretung der Auswirkungen von Major Incidents gegenüber Auftraggeber und Kunden
- Fachliche Verantwortung und Führung von virtuellen Teams

Sie bringen mit
- Fundierte Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt in den Bereichen IT, Wirtschaft o.ä.
- Mind. 5 Jahre praktische Erfahrung als Product Manager, Project Manager oder Consultant im IT-nahen Umfeld
- Kenntnisse im Bereich des Dokumentenmanagements und der öffentlichen Verwaltung von Vorteil
- Zahlenaffine und prozessorientiere Persönlichkeit mit diplomatischem Geschick
- Ausgeprägte Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung

Je nach Ausbildungsgrad und facheinschlägiger Berufserfahrung wird ein Jahreszielgehalt ab EUR 73.907;
- brutto all in angeboten. Bei mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung ist abhängig von den fachspezifischen Qualifikationen eine Überzahlung möglich.
