**What it is**:
We are seeking a passionate and analytical Senior Product Manager with a growth mindset and exceptional organizational skills.

As our Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for translating our strategic goals into actionable tasks and priorities for the team, ensuring alignment with other development streams. Your ability to scope an MVP, monitor its performance, and drive iterations and improvements based on insights and metrics will be crucial.

We are looking for a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with their development team to find the best solutions.

**What you’ll do**:

- Manage and coordinate our cross-functional product team, including Designers, Frontend and Backend Engineers, and Quality Assurance.
- Prioritize and streamline product development activities to deliver the highest impact with the least effort.
- Ensure the right stakeholders are informed about releases, product decisions, and priorities.
- Make data-informed product decisions driving key business metrics by analyzing user behavior data, and conducting user interviews.
- Collaborate closely with the product and clinical team to explore opportunities, develop solutions, and deliver those solutions to our patients.
- Align with key business stakeholders in our US offices to understand business constraints and assess the viability of proposed solutions.
- As a globally distributed team, this position will require working during the early evening hours in Vienna several days per week to facilitate collaboration and communication with our US-based team.

**What you’ll need**:
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager
- Proficient in Scrum project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana), including backlog management and sprint planning
- Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- A hands-on self-starter who proactively identifies and tackles what needs to be done
- Experience shaping products based on customer needs
- Possess an experimental mindset: Something isn’t working, try a new way “Failing” is just another lesson learned
- Detail-oriented and data-driven
- Analytical and strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- Ability to partner collaboratively with technical teams (engineering, QA) and commercial teams (marketing, sales)

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working at a startup
- Experience working with a globally-distributed team
- Previously worked in the healthcare sector
