Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine: n Contract & Claim Manager:in für Salzburg.

**Ihre Aufgabe**
- In dieser Position analysieren und bewerten sie Risiken in komplexen Projektverträgen und gestalten eigenverantwortlich die Abläufe der Contract Administration mit Kunden und Sublieferanten.
- Sie koordinieren und führen aktiv das Risikomanagement für die betreuten Projekte durch.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen Projektteams bewerten und erstellen sie zeitlich sowie technisch begründete Nachträge (Claims).
- Sie verhandeln und setzen Ansprüche gegenüber Kunden und Sublieferanten durch.
- Während des gesamten Projektzyklus, von der Angebotsphase bis zur Projektübergabe nach Fertigstellung, unterstützen sie die Projektleiter proaktiv in vertraglicher Hinsicht.
- Sie überwachen kontinuierlich die Entwicklung des Projektverlaufs und der vertraglichen Vereinbarungen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Idealerweise Höhere technische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen - Mehrjährige Berufspraxis und fundiertes Wissen im Branchenumfeld Anlagenbau, Bau oder Industrie - Sichere Anwendung von Standardvertragsbedingungen wie VOB/B, FIDIC und NEC - Durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Analysefähigkeit hinsichtlich vertraglicher Risiken und Abweichungen - Wertlegung auf ausgezeichnete Selbstorganisation und einen strukturierten Arbeitsstil - Flexibilität und Bereitschaft für Dienstreisen (Europa im Ausmaß von 30%)
