Senior Operations Analyst

Ensure customers are billed correctly for services used
- Ensure smooth and efficient billing and invoicing for API and web service customers
- Work with key account managers as part of the contract negotiation to ensure planned contracted services technically can be billed
- Work with key account managers and sales administration to ensure that bespoke key account invoices match the agreed contract and usage
- Work with product and accounting to reconciliate customer usage and service provider invoices
- Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies, ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines
- Ensure manual invoicing is managed and executed on time
- Prepare draft invoices by:

- Calculating fees associated with the rating.
- Researching requests for special pricing.
- Selecting or creating customer billing records and Issuer Relations contacts.
- Processing annual fee drafts which are apportioned monthly.
- Create new templates and fee codes.
- Document the inspection and review of all invoice drafts processed
- Approve draft invoices through billing systems for authorized designations
- Monitor product usage and account performance
- Education: Bachelor degree in business administration is of advantage
- Professional Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role
- Specialized Knowledge: Controlling, reporting and billing systems experience
- Management Experience: None
- Certifications: None
- Miscellaneous: Data analysis & profound billing process knowledge
