Als **Managing Director (w/m/d)** **Austria** sind Sie vollumfänglich für unsere österreichische Organisationseinheit verantwortlich.

Um das weitere Wachstum nachhaltig zu gestalten, wird ihr Fokus dabei auf dem weiteren Auf
- und Ausbau des Teams sowie auf der Koordination verschiedener Vertriebs-, Liefer-, und Serviceprojekte liegen.

Darüber hinaus erwarten Sie folgende Themen und Aufgabengebiete:
**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Management und weitere Strukturierung des Teams in Österreich
- Entwicklung der Organisation in Österreich (weiterer Ausbau des Payroll Providers, Pensions
- und Bonussysteme, Teambuilding, Aufbau von Subteams etc.)
- Strategische Planung und Ausrichtung des Bereichs Sales, Delivery, Customer Success in Österreich
- Entwicklung von profitablen Kundenbeziehungen und Erhöhung des Mehrwerts für Kunden im Verkaufsprozess
- Identifikation, Akquisition und Entwicklung von Neukunden und damit Sicherstellung des budgetierten Auftragseingangsziels
- Erstellung von Gesamtangeboten einschließlich deren Präsentation beim Kunden
- Enge Abstimmung mit benachbarten Abteilungen, vor allem Projektmanagement und After Market (Service)
- Teilnahme an Branchenkonferenzen und Veranstaltungen
- Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit mit nachgelagerten Serviceangeboten Unterstützung, Mitwirkung und Mitgestaltung von neuen Abläufen und Strukturen in den Prozessen mit Kunden

**Ihr Profil**:
Sie bringen ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit hoher technischer Affinität mit.

Außerdem konnten Sie bereits mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle idealerweise in der Intralogistik sammeln, schätzen und nutzen die Freiheiten die diese mitbringt und kennen sich auch im internationalen Umfeld bestens aus.

**Weiterhin verfügen Sie über folgende Qualifikationen**:

- Sie haben ein solides technisches Grundverständnis in den Disziplinen Mechanik, Elektrik und Automation
- Sie können Erfolge beim Aufbau nachhaltiger Organisationen, Kundenbeziehungen und der Gewinnung von Neukunden vorweisen
- Sie haben einige Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Intralogistik, Logistikautomation, Fördertechnik, FTS/AMR oder erklärungsbedürftige Investitionsgüter im Maschinenbau gesammelt
- Sie sind ein ausgezeichneter Netzwerker und Kommunikator mit guten Fähigkeiten im Beziehungsmanagement
