Full-Time
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a brand ambassador to develop and maintain profitable relationships with customers through personal engagement and individual approach
- Partner with management to strategically achieve set sales targets
- Create a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
- Coordinate and manage customer requests on

- Strive to always increase brand and product knowledge
- Capture data for the creation and constant analysis of customer profiles and their journeys
- Conduct customer satisfaction and improve the customer experience to develop and maintain active relationships
- Address and resolve customer complaints rapidly and efficiently

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Assistant in the luxury industry
- Fashion expert with an organic interest in luxury ready-to-wear and a passion for sales
- Elevated customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and analytical approach with great attention to detail
- Flexible and able to work independently with a high-energy personality
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills, knowledge of a third language is preferred
- Must strongly identify with and represent the aesthetic of the brand
