We are a start-up dedicated to the learning of musical instruments, because we believe that making music is one of the best things in life. With the tonestro apps for wind and string instruments we help beginners to learn a musical instrument from the comfort of their own home. In our team you will find experts in software development, music and marketing.

Together with us, you will ensure that our apps meet the quality expectations of millions of musicians worldwide. You will act as a direct link between our team and our users and give them a voice by bringing feedback and suggestions from your conversations to the rest of the company. Moreover, you will have a vital role in app testing and in our mission to provide outstanding customer experience.

**Your tasks**:

- Respond to customer requests and identify their needs
- Gather customer feedback and share with the team
- Manage external product testers and act as link to product development
- In-depth app testing prior to worldwide product rollouts
- Respond to customer reviews in the app stores

**Your profile**:

- You have a passion for customer experience and quality assurance
- You have a solution-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- You have excellent communication abilities, especially written English and German
- Accuracy and attention to detail is what makes you stand out
- You have a structured and efficient way of working
- Nice-to-have: Experience in customer support or software testing
- Nice-to-have: You play a musical instrument

We will agree on your salary based on your qualifications and experience.The gross annual salary according to the IT collective agreement ranges from € 28.714 to € 43.050 on a full-time basis.
