ÜBER DIE ROLLE
- Innovation, Value Added Service & Stammdaten, eine spannende Kombination von Rollen. Ein großer Teil deiner Verantwortung besteht darin, alle Supply-Chain-Aktivitäten im Zusammenhang mit der Einführung von neuen Produkten zu koordinieren, um eine erfolgreiche, pünktliche & vollständige Markteinführung zu gewährleisten. Als Co-Packing Planner koordinierst du in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Marketing
- und Vertriebsteams die Planung und Durchführung aller Co-Packing-Aktivitäten.

Desweiteren treibst du die korrekte Bereitstellung unserer Stammdaten voran - diese spielen für fast alle Abwicklungen / Analysen unserer Geschäftsprozesse eine Schlüsselrolle und haben eine hohe Relevanz im bilateralen Austausch mit unseren Kunden. Somit trägt deine Rolle wesentlich zur operativen Umsetzung unserer Vertriebs
- und Serviceziele bei.

Um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein, braucht es Genauigkeit und Verlässlichkeit, Kommunikation, Koordination
- und Organisationtalent, sowie die Lust, sich ein starkes Netzwerk aufzubauen, und als Hauptansprechpartner für ein weites Feld an Stakeholdern zu etablieren.

**Responsibilities**:

- DEINE AUFGABEN - MIT DEM KONSUMENTEN IM HERZEN LIEGT DEIN HAUPTFOKUS AUF:
- Als Innovation Planner bist du wesentlicher Ansprechpartner für Neuprodukte inkl. lokale Copacking Artikel und Displays. Im Austausch mit Key Account Management, Marketing & Demand Planning planst du die notwendigen Schritte, um die Warenverfügbarkeit nach Kundenwusch bzw. Vereinbarung sicher zu stellen.
- Als Co-Packing Planner bist Du bist verantwortlich für die Planung und Koordination von lokalen Pack-Aktivitäten mit dem Logistikdienstleister. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit deinen internen Stakeholdern aus dem Marketing und Vertrieb zusammen. Die Planung erfolgt anhand von Auswertungen von Absatzprognosen und/ oder Kundenabsprachen. Dabei wird der gewünschte Lagerbestand immer im Blick gehalten. Du optimierst die Abläufe und Lagerbestände der eingesetzten Verpackungsmaterialien/Werbematerialien auch um Abschreibkosten zu vermeiden.
- Mit starker Kommunikation und Durchsetzungsvermögen wickelst du die Umsetzungspläne mit unserem Logistikdienstleistern ab. Proaktiv informierst du und lieferst Lösungsvorschläge bei Änderungen (in Termin, Menge, Umsetzbarkeit).
- In der Rolle des Master Data Spezialisten übernimmst du eigenverantwortlich und vollumfänglich die Anlage, Pflege von Stammdaten (Material in MDG/ SAP) und deren akkurate und termingerechte Umsetzung. Du hast jederzeit einen sehr guten Überblick über diese Daten und Einstellungen und stellst diese unter anderem auch für die Erstellung unserer Salesfolder bereit.
- Neben dem Tagesgeschäft runden diverse Reportinganforderungen und die Pflege des externen GDSN Datenpools Deine Aufgaben ab.
- Deine Rolle ist in unsere Supply Chain Organisation integriert und du arbeitest sehr eng mit den Vertriebskollegen, Marketing und dem Customer Service zusammen.

Skills and Experience
- DEINE FÄHIGKEITEN - FOLGENDE ERFAHRUNGEN & FÄHIGKEITEN BRINGST DU MIT:

- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in einem multinationalen Umfeld
- Um erfolgreich in dieser Aufgabe zu sein, bringst du ein ausgeprägtes ganzheitliches Prozessverständnis mit, die Bedeutung von Stammdaten und deren Korrektheit ist dir bewusst
- Genauigkeit und Verlässlichkeit zeichnen dich aus, lösungsorientiertes Denken sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten helfen dir bei der Umsetzung deiner Zielvorgaben
- SAP (MDG), BI und gute Excel Kenntnisse sind erforderlich
- Du kannst Prioritäten setzen, treibst deine Tätigkeiten eigenverantwortlich voran, arbeitest aber auch gern im Team
- Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich, um sich mit den internationalen Kollegen & Ansprechpartnern auszutauschen
