Sales Export Coordinator Animal Health (f/m/d)-223674

**THE POSITION**

We are currently seeking a well-organized and team-orientated Commercial and Marketing coordinator to join our Animal Health Department at BI’s site in Vienna. The focus of the position will be the support of the Cluster 1 Israel, Bulgaria and Baltics commercial and marketing manager in all sales and marketing related tasks.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Be our Israel, Bulgaria and Baltics distributors’ first point of contact
- Be in charge of forecasts and contract management
- Analyse forecasts, destruction risks, sales and the distributor's inventory status in order to anticipate customer needs
- Support Commercial and Marketing manager in order to reach targets
- Monitor, track and report on distributors’ performance
- Act as first point of contact for all activities in line with all enabling functions (order management, forecasts, bonus, credit notes, payment, contracts, etc.).
- Risk Assessment with SCM Manager during S&OP meeting
- Support of marketing activities in the region

**Requirements**:

- High School/University degree in Economics/B.A.
- Experience in an export assistant position or similar position for at least 3 years. Knowledge of Export techniques is an advantage
- Commercial and customer sense, teamworking ability, ability to work on several topics in parallel and to prioritize
- Forecast understanding
- Strong self-starter that takes initiative/ability to work independently
- Advanced use of MS Office (especially Excel is a must), SAP knowledge is desirable
- Experience in marketing position would be a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, speaking any additional language from the region is an advantage

For this position we offer an interesting salary package considering your expertise and personal competencies as well as your professional experience. We are obliged by law to state the minimum salary according to the collective agreement, which amounts to € 37,756.32 gross per year (full-time) for this position, whereby an overpayment is possible.
