Operational Assistant Animal Health RCV (f/m/d)
- part-time (20h/week)-229973

**THE POSITION**

As of now we are seeking a talented and creative Operational Assistant to join our Animal Health Department at BI’s site in Vienna. The focus of the position will be to support team members and Head of Business Unit. In addition, you will compile, analyse, report data and help maintain department organization.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Assists in creating promotional materials
- Helps to coordinate promotional events within RCV region
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities (inquiries, order management, budgeting, etc.)
- Support travel management and scheduling meetings and appointments for Head of Business Unit
- Participate and support dedicated projects within Business unit
- Reporting pharmacovigilance information to PV responsible person according to valid reporting timelines

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German, English and Russian
- Higher school certificate as well as at least 3 years’ experience in equivalent role
- Interpersonal skills, teamwork and very good communication and organizational skills
- Basic project management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office

The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective bargaining agreement for this position is EUR 39,625.32 (full time), although the actual salary is based on your technical skills and personal competencies as well as your professional experience.
