**Your role**:

- Conducting research and analysis of emerging technologies and market technology trends to identify potential opportunities and threats
- Identifying and evaluate new business opportunities by analyzing market technology trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Evaluating technology proposals and conduct due diligence to determine their feasibility and potential impact on our organization to ensure they meet our organization's goals and objectives
- Building and maintaining relationships with technology vendors, startups, and academic institutions to identify new technologies and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams and manage external providers to develop business cases and implementation plans for new technologies
- Presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Designing, building and maintaining up-to-date technology-platform and trend-ecosystem in alignment with the strategic direction of our organization

**Your profile**:

- Master’s Degree in Engineering and/or Innovation Management or related field
- A minimum of 9 years of relevant professional experience, ideally also in trend scouting activities
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the relevant industry
- Cross-functional skills (products, assets, technologies, finance, legal)
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and prepare informed decisions
- Internal and external interaction at management level (moderation of internal and external meetings)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent English language skills
