**Your role**:

- Supporting Technology Scouts and Funding Experts by conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and insights related to the innovation portfolio.
- Supporting GI-P by designing, building and maintaining up-to-date knowledge platform of innovation activities
- Analyzing and report on innovation portfolio performance, including key metrics such as effectiveness, quality, including budget and timeline tracking
- Developing and maintaining portfolio management tools and processes, including decision quality and reporting dashboards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights to inform portfolio management decisions.
- Working closely with the Head of Partnerships and Funding to develop recommendations for portfolio optimization.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
- Staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in innovation portfolio management.

**Your profile**:

- Master’s Degree in Engineering and/or Innovation Management or a related field with business focus
- A minimum of 9 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in portfolio management (e.g. data analytics, portfolio management, finance).
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information to a variety of audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, Sharepoint, etc.).
- Knowledge of portfolio management principles and practices.
- Inspires and motivates others in cross-functional teams
- Excellent English language skills
