**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Facilitate the implementation and operation of group-wide IT Portfolio Management governance and principles
- Manage the IT portfolio of demands, projects and change requests; manage dependencies and implement priorities considering capacity/ capabilities as well as functional specifics for Corporate IT and Digital Infrastructure services
- Drive the prioritization of budget positions, demands and ongoing projects to maximize business value
- Run scenario simulations as well as for portfolio transformation activities in case of strategic changes
- Advise the Business and IT Management in regards to the demand pipeline and project portfolio
- Facilitate the group-wide Strategic Roadmap process as integral part of the IT & Digital Strategy in strong alignment with the Digital Journey, the IT Strategy and the Enterprise Architecture function while integrating business priorities
- Support initiation of strategic projects and group-wide transformation programs, ensure handover to project delivery teams and govern its implementation
- Advise the business in order to maximize the value creation of the strategic IT & digital portfolio, achieve the right balance and mix of projects as well as analyze the fit of projects with the strategy

**Your profile**:

- Master's degree in the areas of: Strategy & Digitalization; Business Administration or Project Management
- At least 9 years of professional experience, with focus on the area of project management, IT portfolio & program management
- Broad knowledge in IT and digitalization within Energy/ Natural Resources sector
- Knowledge in the area of Enterprise Architecture (Business processes, IT Applications & Infrastructure)
- Strategic mindset & structured approach
- Fluency in English
