**Our business**

**Your role**:

- You lead the development and execution of the group wide IT & digital strategy, manage related stakeholders and facilitate the impact on related frameworks e.g. make/ buy decisions
- You steer the IT & Digital portfolio of demands and projects, continuously maintain the governance for project prioritization & scenario planning and facilitate solutions for strategic risks, issues and dependencies
- You monitor the technology environment, identify emerging technologies and assess their potential for OMV and drive the ideation process for digital innovation
- You own and continuously enhance the IT & Digital Operating Model for group-wide governance and operational services, ensure alignment with all affected IT, digital and business functions
- You initiate strategic projects and group-wide transformation programs, ensure handover to project delivery teams and govern its implementation
- You advise senior business stakeholders and leadership to maximize value generation out of the demand & project portfolio, digital innovation, the IT strategy as well as the IT & Digital Operating Mode

**Your profile**:

- You have a Master Degree in IT Management, Strategy & Digitalization, Business Administration or Project Management
- You have minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience
- You have excellent understanding of business models and ability to translate into IT strategies, principles and models
- You have strong analytical skills and strategic oversight
- You have the ability to balance the big-picture and short-term implications of individual decisions. significant experience in portfolio management and strategy execution
- You have experience in evaluation of new technologies and digital business models
- You have the ability to abstract complex situations in cross-functional environments, outline the way forward and manage stakeholders
- You have proven ability to engage successfully with senior executives and business leaders to understand and translate business requirements into technology strategies
- You have experience in working in a federated and international organization represents an advantage and experience in energy and natural resources industry represents an advantage
