**How you will create an impact**:

- Lead multiple high-impact projects that offer our clients digital top-line and growth strategies
- Help our clients to excel in the digital world by developing strategies and establishing tools and technologies in the fields of, e.g., digital marketing, eCommerce, D2C/D2B, digital pricing, digital customer experience, agile organizations
- Develop solutions and recommendations and present them to our clients’ C-level leaders
- Drive business development by serving as the digital expert on highly innovative and analytical projects
- Help build a brand for Simon-Kucher in the digital community by participating in forums, writing blog posts, and defining the overall strategy for our team
- Exercise your ability to work interculturally by collaborating with internal and external business and digital experts e.g., in the fields of advanced analytics and customer experience design

**About you**:

- With three to five years of experience in consulting or start-up/tech companies, you focused on digital topics in sales and marketing (e.g., data driven marketing, eCommerce, dynamic pricing)
- When leading small teams of other digital strategists or consultants on projects, your management style has yielded successful results
- Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken) and proficiency in MS Office are essential
- Complementing your strong analytical skills and eye for detail with a conscientious and dynamic attitude, you are a highly skilled communicator
