**Job Purpose**:
In this position you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our organization. You will develop and execute strategies related to new market entries, mergers and acquisitions, and develop operational strategies for our product houses and the CEO.

**What you do**:

- Further plan and the develop the A1 Digital corporate strategy together with the A1 Digital Leadership Team (e.g. value proposition, strategic planning) & co-develop & challenge product strategies.
- Develop market entry strategies, including market penetration and go-to-market plans to identify and evaluate potential new markets for business expansion.
- Source, evaluate, and analyze potential merger and acquisition opportunities.
- Collaborate with A1 Digital product houses to align product roadmaps, strategies & go-to-market approaches with overall corporate strategy.
- You drive strategic performance management of the divisions including strategic target setting (KPIs & activities).
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing strategic insights and recommendations as well as preparing briefing materials, presentations, and reports for the CEO's meetings and engagements.

**What you offer**:

- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in strategic planning, new market expansion, mergers and acquisitions, and executive support roles.
- Profound understanding of Digital Business Models as well as Cloud, IoT, and Cybersecurity services
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Fluency in German and English language.

The minimum annual gross salary for this position according to the current collective agreement is EUR 47.709,9. The actual annual salary depends on your skills and experience.
