OVERVIEW
We are looking for a **Finance Intern **for **6 months **in our Viennese office to work closely with our Finance team on supporting our B2B sport partners in the DACH market.
**FULL-TIME Internship (35h/week, every second Friday off)**
Planned start**:August 2023**

YOUR TASKS
- Providing finance-support to our B2B customers via our digital ticketing system (questions about invoicing & payouts)
- Checking for invoice cancellations & adaptation
- Supporting the transparent & proactive payout process communication
- Helping with the B2B chargeback communication
- Helping out the churn prevention team with special deal offers
- Engaging in current projects like the TIER upgrade or the Marketplace related questions
- YOUR PROFILE
- Student and current enrollment in a university or university of applied sciences
- Excellent communication skills in **German**
- Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus
- Good knowledge of MS Office and preferably experience with Google Workspace
- Reliability, attention to details and solution-orientation
- Positive mindset and communication talent
- Confidence in calling B2B partners and being passionate about their success
