Octapharma specializes in the development of highly pure pharmaceuticals made of human blood plasma. As part of a family-owned enterprise, Octapharma in Vienna is not only the largest production site, but also a successful research location of the Octapharma Group. This position is tied to the 2-year International Early Career Program **(starting in October 2024)**, that can support you to kick-start a career at Octapharma via international intra-group rotations and developmen-tal sessions.

**Your new challenges which will inspire you**:

- Translating long-term production plans into mid
- and short-term production plans in collaboration with product supply planners
- Supporting material requirement planning, analyzing impacts of material supply issue as well as providing priorities
- Collecting and structuring information for corporate production capacities, identifying bottlenecks, and deriving action plans in the frame of S&OP process
- Development, enhancement, maintenance, and administration of capacity planning system
- Maintain KPIs and reportings for production planning activities as well as developing and supporting automation of KPIs
- Guarantee that planning related SOPs are well implemented and respected within the Supply Chain organizations

**Your profile that will convince us**:

- University degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or similar education
- Maximum 3 years of professional experience in a supply chain management role
- Good knowledge of supply chain planning processes and systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Professional personality, flexible team player and aligned with Octapharma’s core competencies and strategy
- Willing and curious to develop into a people leader or business professional role
- Willingness to move internationally for work assignments within the group of Octapharma
- Fluency in English and ideally good German-skills, additional languages are a plus

The gross wage according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) for your new job is EUR 3.909,67 for the beginning of the international early career program.
