**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Develop and implement effective growth marketing strategies.
- Identify target audiences and create impactful campaigns through strategic analysis.
- Attracting new developers (B2C) and clients (B2B) online with savvy retention strategies.
- Playing nice with other team members across SEO, paid ads, content, and B2B.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools and create actionable reports.
- ️ Running A/B tests and fine-tuning campaigns based on data.
- Keeping up with industry trends and trying out new growth tactics.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- 3+ years proven experience in developing and implementing growth marketing strategies.
- Analytical skills and a talent for making decisions based on solid data.
- ️ Experience with A/B testing and optimization.
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Keen on industry trends and always up for trying new growth tricks.
- Fluency in English. Bonus points for speaking German.
