As Commercial Director (f/m/d), you will play a key role in executing our commercial strategy by leading contractual negotiations and deal closings, as well as building strategic partnerships.

**Your responsibilities**:

- ** Contract Management and Negotiations**: You will be responsible for developing, negotiating and finalizing commercial contracts and agreements with customers and partners.
- ** Risk Management**: You will analyze contractual risks and opportunities to secure the best commercial terms for the company.
- ** Deal Closing**: You will get the best possible deal from the existing leads and drive the sales process from evaluating business opportunities, mastering final negotiation and closing of deals.
- ** Partnership Management**: You will establish strategic strong partnerships with multinational corporations and working towards having our AI solutions integrated into their product catalogs. This includes navigating complex organizational structures, understanding their needs and aligning our offerings with their business objectives to drive long-term collaborations.
- ** Business Development**: You will develop and implement strategies to unlock new market segments and build long-term collaborations with key industry players and contribute to the diversification of our product and service portfolios to foster growth.
- ** Leadership and Collaboration**: You will work closely with other units and teams in product & services, research, marketing and product development to ensure that the company's commercial objectives are achieved.

**You may be a good fit if you have**:

- Proven experience in negotiating and closing complex contracts as well as managing partnerships.
- Deep understanding of legal and contractual frameworks in a commercial context.
- A successful track record of closing deals and driving business development, preferably in an international environment.
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with strategic partners and customers and if you are comfortable with frequent international travel to meet clients, partners and stakeholders as well as adapting to different time zones
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and execute commercial opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial metrics and business goals.
