**Your mission**
- Provide strategic, commercial and operational leadership of the plant to attain company goals
- Assume full responsibility for all profit & loss drivers and the investment road map of a mid-sized plant
- Achieve sales excellence through developing the product portfolio, driving innovations and delivering full customer obsession. Always considering profitable growth as well as sustainability targets
- Positioning of the plant on the (Austrian) corrugated market as a strong and high qualitative partner in packaging
- Build trusting relationships with stakeholders within Mondi as well as external such as business partners and local authorities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant rules and guidelines related to internal processes, sub-/contractors and external partners

**Your profile**
- University degree in business administration / engineering or related discipline
- Successful experience in managing and coordinating a production site
- Advanced experience in dealing with customers and a real passion for sales
- General management & leadership experience with a big-picture view but an eye on relevant details
- Result focussed and hands-on personality with flexibility to adapt to a continuously evolving environment
- Fluent in English and German
