Your territory

**As part of our Operations team, you will**:
Be our eyes and ears at external manufacturers to ensure that pets worldwide receive highest-quality GPS trackers
Monitor and improve quality assurance at the factory
Be responsible for factory test process optimization
Be the link between our external manufacturers and internal development teams
Make sure that every hardware change will be smoothly integrated into our manufacturers’ production processes
Support our Manufacturing Project Manager at our external manufacturers when production problems occur and drive the investigation if necessary
Help set up and validate new process steps in production
Support us discovering a new Europe-based manufacturing setup
Bring in your fresh ideas and experience to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”

**Profile**:
**Key requirements**:
Experience with electronic manufacturing in China
Knowledge of electrical engineering and hardware development
Great communication and organizational skills
Willingness and flexibility to frequently visit our current and potential new manufacturers on site (Dongguan/Shenzhen/Hongkong; ~1-2x/month)
Excellent English skills
Chinese skills (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) are a plus
