The Quality Manager (QM) in Projects and Coordinator of Approval processes in Central Eastern Europe (Limits of Authority in Projects) establishes the defined quality management system tailored to the project-specific requirements to ensure the quality in process and product quality in international Software / Solution projects to achieve customer satisfaction and business success. The QM acts as a member of the project core team with special focus on failure prevention and advocates a higher quality aspiration:

- Lead and coordination of the entire project quality team (internal/ external) of the assigned projects
- Ensuring cross-functional cooperation with Headquarter, Procurement, Logistics, R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Service and relevant suppliers to achieve quality business goals
- Development of a project-specific management system including a project documentation, regulations, methods and IT-Tools, following a risk-based approach
- Professional non-conformance (NC) management
- Implementation of quality improvement methods and improvement of process performance management
- Contribution to project planning to ensure that project-specific, quality-relevant requirements are considered starting with sales phase
- Initiate trainings for project employees with regards to quality (e.g. methods and processes)
- Coordination of approval processes (acc. Siemens Limits of Authority) and related approval meetings for projects of Factory Automation Solution in Central Eastern Europe
- The QM oversees Quality control and improvement processes for approval documentation and preparation processes

- The basis of your success is a completed commercial or technical education and/or study (HAK / HTL, FH, UNI)
- Knowledge and experience in the areas of quality management and/or project management
- Readiness to work in an intercultural work environment
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and other office IT-Tools
- Analytical thinking, goal orientation and quality awareness
- You are team-oriented, have a talent for communication and assertiveness

You feel comfortable in an environment characterized by personal responsibility and initiative, and you work in a goal-oriented manner. We are looking for a strong, decisive, standout colleague. Since we are in an international environment, you communicate expertly in English and have basic German skills or have demonstrated willingness to learn another language

**What we offer.**
The gross annual payment for this job vacancy per year is at least EUR 58.800,-. An overpayment is possible depending on education and experience.
