**Project Manager Customer Service**:
**(m/w/d; 38,5 Stunden, Dienstort: Linz)**

**Deine Rolle bei VERITAS**:

- Du leitest Projekte im Bereich Service und CRM und bist Change Manager*in.
- Du arbeitest operativ (Beratung und Annahme von Bestellungen am Telefon sowie deren Bearbeitung im CRM).
- Du entwickelst unsere Strategie hinsichtlich Kundensupport und -service weiter und setzt diese aktiv um.
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für alle Serviceprozesse und die Pflege von kundenrelevanten Daten.
- Mittelfristig ist die Entwicklung in eine Führungsrolle möglich.

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Du hast Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen, im Bereich Projektleitung und Prozessoptimierung im Kundenservice.
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Beratung von Kund*innen, insbesondere am Telefon.
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit digitalen Medien, bist IT-affin und arbeitest dich schnell in neue Tools ein.
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent und übernimmst gern Verantwortung.
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, bewahrst auch in schwierigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf und überzeugst mit Freundlichkeit.
- Du arbeitest lösungsorientiert und beweist Durchhaltevermögen.
