**Robart is a leading innovator and system provider for autonomous consumer robots. Our technology enables mobile robots to understand their environment and interact with the user, currently powering the devices of some of the world’s most renowned suppliers. To ensure the successful completion of customer and innovation projects, we are hiring:
**Project Manager (f/m/x)**
**In this challenging and responsible position, you will lead projects of different types, some focusing on meeting customer-specific development requirements, others on product innovation and optimization. You will be part of a small team of Project Managers and work closely with various departments, including Development, Product Management, Operations and Sales. Be the driving force behind Robart’s projects

**Your Tasks**:

- Coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results
- Plan project timelines and resources, including feasibility checks and the definition of the functional specifications as well as budgets
- Implement internal and external requirements regarding quality, costs and deadlines
- Track and report project progress
- Act as the go-to person for Development, Product Management, and Operations as well as customers and suppliers
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and products
- Travel internationally (about 20%)

**Your Profile**:

- Completed education with a focus on electrical engineering, electromechanics, mechatronics or similar
- Several years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably project management-related certifications
- Good basic knowledge of Production Planning and Quality Management
- Resilient and steadfast personality with a strong organizational talent and a fondness for challenges
- Intercultural competence and fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
