**Your Responsibilities**:

- Developing in depth understanding of existing business policies, processes on cost accounting / labor liquidation / inter-company cross charges, etc.
- Supporting the team by building dashboards that provide structure and understanding on product and country specific cost profiles including the respective balance sheet items
- Performing in depth analysis of specific cost buckets distinguishing between system generated entries vs. manual bookings
- Supporting reduction of manual cost accruals by working cross functionally with the Ops teams / Accounting and Services Controlling
- Participate in commercial contract reviews to identify critical terms that impact allocation of cost between INNIO and its customers
- Leverage learning from the above to drive operational (SO/SR mapping and usage) and IT (report definitions, control reports) process changes in order to improve operational performance
**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's degree preferred)
- Profound work experience in a multi-national corporation
- Ability to work cross-functionally and with distributed teams
- Hands-on approach and autonomous in work
- Strong accounting and analytical skills
- Ability to challenge existing processes, problem solving
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with industrial products/businesses
- Prior experience with INNIO in Services or Accounting is an advantageThe base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.542,60 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
