DescriptionThe Financial analyst – Spare parts will be responsible for analytics around key service product line – spare parts, will perform review of key financial metrics on a monthly basis prior to submission to head of service finance team, will provide technical guidance and support to operational teams, to ensure overall spare parts process is effective, efficient and compliant with the INNIO policies and procedures.This role is filled in Jenbach in Tyrol, Austria. Follow INNIO on Twitter and LinkedIn.Your Responsibilities:Perform planning for spare parts at engine serial number level using operating hours (OpH) and events forecast and by collaborating with the regional teamsRun pacing with the regional teams, share actuals, discuss and be able to explain regional dynamics / risks / opportunities to head of service finance team / VP Group & Jenbach Controlling / Services LeaderParticipate in monthly financial closing by booking the required manual journal entries, analyze sales and margin by region / sub-regions / country and be able to explain the main drivers for deviations vs budget, vs forecast and vs prior year Prepare key financial metrics related to spare parts on a monthly basis and report to head of service finance team / VP Group & Jenbach Controlling / Services LeaderReview and track execution and results of the Value Creation Programs (VCPs), validate savings related to spare parts product lineSupport operational teams with projects to simplify and automate business processes: volume discounts, deposits, etc.,Collaborate with external and internal auditors, be able to walk auditors through the process maps, be able to demonstrate controls in placePrepare account reconciliations for deferred revenue and deferred cost accountsLiaise and collaborate with operations and other finance teams to solve complex accounting / service finance issues and implement sustainable working solutions Your Profile:Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business AdministrationExtensive professional financial experienceStrong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive changeExcellent communication skills and assertiveness: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions; able to clearly communicate complex financial informationSolid PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications, strong excel skillsA valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)At INNIO, we offer a competitive salary package which is far above the requirements of the metal collective agreement in Austria.
