Unser Kunde, die Swiss Life Select Österreich GmbH, ist Teil eines internationalen, Schweizer Konzerns, welcher im Bereich Veranlagung, Vorsorge, Finanzierung und Versicherung tätig ist. Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir für das Bundesland Steiermark eine engagierte und kommunikationsstarke Person mit Erfahrung in der Maklertätigkeit in Teilzeit (20h).

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du fungierst als Vermittlungsexperte, indem Du den gesamten Verkaufsprozess, von der Akquise bis zum Notartermin, leitest
- Du generierst und bearbeitest die Verkäufer-Tipps unserer Berater und spielst wertvolle Finanzierungs
- und Cross-Selling-Leads zurück
- Du bekommst ein Bundesland und eine große Anzahl an Finanzberatern zugewiesen. Hierbei kannst Du auf eine große Datenbank an potenziellen Verkäufern und Käufern zurückgreifen
- Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für Deine Kunden und überzeugst mit Deiner professionellen Objektbewertung und Leidenschaft bei Präsentationen

**Dein Profil**:

- Du verfügst über eine Ausbildung im Immobilienbereich oder hast bereits langjährige Erfahrung in diesem Bereich
- Als Kommunikationsprofi liegt Dir das Netzwerken im Blut
- Als zielstrebige Person möchtest du immer Dein Bestes geben
