**How You'll Make Your Mark**
- Your main tasks in this role are:
- You'll play a **critical role in supporting** ALDI SOUTH Group’s **sustainability development of cutting-edge packaging strategies**:
- You'll guide teams to **identify and recommend sustainable packaging solutions**:
- **Co-ordinating strategies** for how we can meet **our packaging goals**:
- Contribute to the **development of a long-term packaging strategy beyond 2025** that considers regulatory compliance
- You'll **stay current** with evolving **global packaging regulations and trends**:
- You'll **collaborate with international and national business** entities to streamline and enhance the **successful integration of packaging strategies**:
- Close **collaboration with external partners** to advance ALDI’s packaging strategy
**Your Profile**
- The requirements of the role include:
- You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as the circular economy, corporate responsibility, environmental management, or similar discipline
- Work experience in packaging strategy and sustainability, with a focus on circular economy principles and packaging regulation is preferred
- Familiarity with international sustainability initiatives and trends
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and emerging sustainability trends
- Excellent communications skills and project management skills
- You have business-fluent English skills
- You enjoy international cooperation and co-ordination
- You have excellent communication and teamwork skills

**Remuneration**
- Gross annual salary starting from € 52.700,-*
