To strengthen our motivated **Sales Team **in the **Business Unit Beauty & Personal Care **, we are looking for a passionate **Marketing Manager (M/F/d) **.

**Your Role**:

- You passionately drive and initiate marketing actions including online and offline campaigns
- You are our brand ambassador for the Beatuy and Personal Care Business Unit and you make sure we are known
- You will be the reference when it comes to knowledge about the industry e.g. trends, competitors and relevant fairs etc...
- You are responsible for updating all sales documents beginning from presentations to the proposals
- You will build a full range of sales tools and support all related activities

**Your Profile**:

- You have already gained a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, project development or a similar field
- Ideally you have a background in the design or printing industry
- You are an expert in organizing fairs and events
- You are an agile and proactive person that thrives in an international and fast pacing environment
- You communicate fluently in written and spoken English and German (C1+)

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at € 55,000 gross all-in is offered according to your qualifications and professional experience.

This position can either be filled at our headquarters in Vienna or at one of our locations in Germany. Benefits may vary depending on the location.

Our headquarters is easily accessible by public transport and our MM canteen offers fresh lunch every day. Of course, there are excellent training opportunities within the group-wide MM-Academy and the possibility to work from home two days a week.
