Senior UI / UX Designer

Full-time / part-time (min. 30h) - M/F/d

**Location**: Vienna

Tasks

**Your future role**:
As Senior UI / UX designer you will
- Elicit and assess user requirements
- Draft user flows, UI mockups, and prototypes and align them within the organization (Customer Experience, Sales, Finance, Product&Dev)
- Build UI component designs that can be easily used by the development team for implementation (Javascript/React/HTML/css/Storybook)
- Provide guidance to our Junior UI/UX designer and other team members regarding User Experience and User Interface Design

**Requirements**:
You bring
- Conceptual thinking and the ability to explain the rationale behind your user flows (UX) designs to stakeholders
- A passionate eye for aesthetics, typography, colors, and UI details
- Solid knowledge of Figma and design languages (Material Design)
- Familiarity with tools like Jira & Confluence
- Experience of working in an agile environment (with Scrum or Kanban)
- Fluent in English, ideally also knowledge of German

We offer an attractive and performance-related salary based on qualifications and professional experience: starting from €55.000 (on a full-time basis).
