Ventura OS is our exciting new venture—a cutting-edge, user-friendly software built on two decades of experience. Designed to revolutionize multi-destination tour operations, Ventura OS is set to become the go-to solution for Tour Operators and DMCs worldwide.

As the Ventura OS Director, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of this innovative business branch. If you're an experienced professional with an entrepreneurial spirit and a heart for adventure, we want you on our team

You'll work alongside a dynamic group of directors, each leading their own brand, supported by Ventura TRAVEL's specialized departments to help you achieve Ventura OS's full potential.

**_On daily basis you will_**:

- Define and execute the vision and roadmap for Ventura OS, aligning with our mission.
- Identify market opportunities, build partnerships, and position Ventura OS as a global leader.
- Ensure the software is user-friendly and meets the needs of multi-destination tour operators.
- Lead and inspire a cross-functional team to deliver seamless results.
- Collaborate with Ventura TRAVEL brands to leverage internal synergies.
- Manage budgets to ensure profitability and efficient use of resources.
- Set KPIs, monitor progress, and drive software growth and adoption.
- Engage with clients to gather feedback and deliver exceptional value.

- Networking Savvy: You thrive in business conversations and relationship-building.
- Cross-Functional Expertise: Experience collaborating with Marketing and IT teams.
- Customer Focus: A knack for balancing sales goals with customer satisfaction.
- Product Insight: Skilled at translating customer needs into actionable product improvements.
- Language Skills: Fluent English and German (C2 level) are essential.

- Several years of experience in the travel and tech industries.
- Proven B2B sales skills and expertise.
- An extensive network in Travel Tech, particularly in the DACH region.
