**Ihre Aufgaben...**:

- Betreuung internationaler KundInnen
- Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung der Erweiterungswünsche (Change Requests) an Logistiksystemen.
- Umsetzung des Change-Request-Prozess von der Anforderungserhebung über die Angebotserstellung bis zur Implementierung.
- Abwicklung von Erweiterungen in bestehenden Systemen
- Optimierung der Intralogistikprozesse
- Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen zu unserer Software beim Kunden

**Unsere Anforderungen...**:

- Technische Ausbildung (HTL/FH/TU)
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Software Requirements Engineering von Vorteil
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Gute Organisationsfähigkeit
- Kommunikationsgeschick und empathische Grundhaltung
