Event Marketing Specialist

As Event Marketing Manager, you enjoy working in a highly motivated and passionate team responsible for the success of our global events program. **Your key responsibilities**
- Lead the events program end-to-end, from researching new opportunities, to planning and execution as well as post event feedback and results
- Manage internal stakeholders and external suppliers to steer the events organization
- Host impactful online events
- Handling of systematic processes and tools to support the administration of event management
- Provide creative, impactful ideas and innovative perspectives

**You bring**:
Exceptional organisation and operational skills
Deep understanding of event marketing and validated events experience in a B2B environment
Excellent written and spoken communication ability in German and English
Passion to work in a team and independently
Ability to manage time and priorities
Reliable personality with hands-on-mentality
Minimum 1 - 2 years of event marketing experience in an B2B and international context
University degree in business administration preferred (focus on Marketing or related areas)
Experience in e-Marketing and Mailing Automation Tools
MS Office Proficiency (mainly excel and powerpoint)
