Business Development Manager

- Develops Business activities to new customers within the target industry. Focusing in both new and existing segments of the target industry, such as plastic, waste, metal recycling.
- Interact with customers, competitors and stakeholders and analyze different service locations and benchmark workshops
- Discuss and explain milestones with the management and create campaigns including follow up implementation
- Develop guidelines and check insufficiencies in addition to optimization potentials
- Prepare documentation and roll out plan
- Master's degree / MBA / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Process Technology Engineering
- Knowledge about machinery equipment and process technology in material recycling such as metal, plastic or waste recycling
- Proven experience in waste recycling
- Technical and economical background
- Hands on experience in Business Development or running projects
- Capability for analytic business assessment
- English and German fluency in writing and speaking are required
- Self-driven personality and independency
- Communicative and enabling international team spirit
- Availability to visit customers
- Location Wiener Neudorf / Austria or Kriftel/Germany
