**Offene PhD Stelle im Forschungsprojekt „Reduktion pluvialer Hochwasser durch optimiertes Landmanagement“**

**40 Wochenstunden | befristet auf 3 Jahre**

Am Institut für Wasserbau und Ingenieurhydrologie der Technischen Universität Wien ist eine Stelle als Projektassistent_in (Prae-Doc), voraussichtlich ab Juni 2023 (40 Wochenstunden, befristet auf die Dauer von voraussichtlich 3 Jahren) zu besetzen. Die Ausschreibung erfolgt im Rahmen des gemeinsam mit dem Bundesamt für Wasserwirtschaft (BAW) durchgeführten Forschungsprojektes „Reduktion pluvialer Hochwasser durch optimiertes Landmanagement“. Arbeitsplatz ist das Institut für Kulturtechnik und Bodenwasserhaushalt des BAW in Petzenkirchen.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Mitarbeit am Forschungsprojekt (Feldarbeiten im Versuchseinzugsgebiet HOAL, hydrologische Modellierung)
- Verfassen einer Dissertation und von Publikationen
- Teilnahme an wissenschaftlichen Veranstaltungen
- Mitarbeit bei Organisations
- und Verwaltungsaufgaben

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abschluss eines Master
- oder Diplomstudiums in der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen, Umweltingenieurwesen oder eines gleichwertigen naturwissenschaftlichen Universitätsstudiums im In
- oder Ausland
- Kenntnisse wissenschaftlichen Arbeitens
- Erfahrung mit hydrologischer Modellierung und/oder hydrologischen Feldarbeiten
- Programmierkenntnisse mit Matlab, Python oder R
- Exzellente Sprachkenntnisse Deutsch
- Interesse an der Forschung im Fachgebiet und an der Arbeit mit Studierenden

Die Entlohnung erfolgt nach dem Mindestentgelt der Gehaltsgruppe B1 gemäß dem Kollektivvertrag für Arbeitnehmer_innen der Universitäten und beträgt bei einem wöchentlichen Beschäftigungsausmaß von 40 Stunden derzeit EUR 3.277,30 brutto/Monat (14x jährlich). Tätigkeitsbezogene Vordienstzeiten können angerechnet werden.
