Asset Accounting (w/m/d)

**Ihre Aufgaben nach adäquater Einarbeitung**:

- Buchhalterische Erfassung laufender Anlagenbewegungen im SAP-Anlagenverzeichnis
- Erfassung, Verwaltung und Monitoring von Anlagenstammdaten
- Verbuchung bzw. Aktivierung der Anschaffungs
- und Herstellungskosten von Wirtschaftsgütern des Anlagevermögens
- Abrechnung von Investitionsprojekten in das SAP-Anlagenverzeichnis sowie Monitoring und Verwaltung notwendiger Meldungen und Stammdaten im Aktivierungsprozess
- Unterstützung der projektumsetzenden Fachbereiche bei der Erstellung von Projektstrukturen für die Kostenerfassung und bei buchhalterischen Fragen
- Berücksichtigung von Bewertungsunterschieden und Bewertungsänderungen in den Bewertungsbereichen der Anlagenbuchhaltung unter Berücksichtigung geltender Rechnungslegungsvorschriften (UGB, IFRS, EStG)
- Erfassung von Anlagenabgängen und Erfassung von Investitionsfördermaßnahmen
- Abstimmung der Anlagenbuchhaltung mit der Hauptbuchhaltung sowie Mitarbeit bei Abschlusstätigkeiten und Abschlussprüfung
- Erstellung von Auswertungen zum Anlagevermögen sowie dem Investitionsmanagement
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung buchhalterischer Prozesse

**Ihr Profil zum Bewerbungszeitpunkt**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (LAP Bürokauffrau/-mann, HAS o. Ä.)
- Abgeschlossene Buchhalterprüfung, Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung von Vorteil
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, im Besonderen MS-Excel
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse der Anwendungskomponente SAP FI-AA sowie der Verwaltung und Abrechnung von SAP-Investitionsmaßnahmen (Aufträge, PSP-Elemente,)
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, Verlässlichkeit, Genauigkeit, Flexibilität
- Gute Kommunikations-, Kooperations
- und Teamfähigkeit
- Bereitschaft zur laufenden Weiterbildung

**Was bieten wir Ihnen noch**:

- Für die Position wird ein marktkonformes Brutto-Monatsentgelt ab 2.400 Euro geboten.
**Je nach konkreter Qualifikation und adäquater Berufserfahrung ist ein höheres Entgelt möglich.**
