Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist

**We are looking for a creative, analytical, and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will help us develop and implement strategies to promote our company products within the B2D sphere. Your goal is to boost awareness and ensure that the company remains relevant and visible - delivering a persuasive and cohesive brand message.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and establish the marketing strategy, with strong focus on B2D. Your communication skills can cut through the noise and deliver the concise, understandable message.
- You are comfortable working with data from a variety of sources to set foundation for future growth and establish our web presence to boost brand awareness.
- Building and executing social media strategy - your analytical mind is on top with what tactics you will use to achieve it and the metrics you will track to measure your progress.
- Understand target audience, online behaviour and stay up to date with AR/VR/XR trends. You understand the developer´s community and their preferred communication style.
- Agile account management and moderation of all SNS profiles - you like making connections and can adapt to occasional fast-paced circumstances with ease.
- Experience oCPM bidding, creative ad experimentation, granular targeting of custom audiences, and social media data analytics tools.
- Create, publish, and share content - which brings out your attention to details - both to ensure our image is maintained, and so that our clients are getting the right information.
- Collaborate closely with the content writer, SEO specialist and business development team to ensure we stay synchronized and produce best-in-class work.
- Through your adept research you will develop a deep understanding of our product, target audience, and our client´s journey.

Your profile:

- 2 or more years of working in an digital marketing agency or similar specialist role
- Completed education with specialization in digital media or related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Audacity or other media editing software
- Familiarity with web design and content management systems
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- Interest in new technology trends particularly AR/VR/XR is a big plus
