**Aufgaben**
- Du kümmerst dich um eine zukunftsorientierte Produktweiterentwicklung im Datenbankumfeld und stellst die Transparenz im Lizenzmanagementbereich sicher und behaltest die Produkt KPIs sowie die Bereitstellung von SOX, ISAE und IKS Kontrollen sicher
- Du treibst das Problem
- und Eskalationsmanagement voran und achtest auf die Einhaltung des SLAs
- Du unterstützt bei der Kommunikation mit internen und externen Partnern und Kunden
- Du hilfst bei der Lösungsfindung und hast Ideen für eine nachhaltige Lösungsfindung der Produkte

**Anforderungen**
- Du besitzt eine hohe Reisebereitschaft und kommunizierst mit dem Team auch Vorort
- Du besitzt sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsskills und hast ausgeprägte Konfliktlösungskompetenzen
- Standards wie ITIL, ISO und SOX sind für dich Usus

**Terms & Conditions**

Die Position ist mit einem Jahresgehalt
**ab** EUR 64.000 € brutto dotiert, wobei eine marktkonforme Überbezahlung in Abhängigkeit von Qualifikation und Erfahrung vorgesehen ist.
