Als Staff Technician für den Bereich Technology Development arbeiten Sie an Technologieentwicklungsprojekten, Labor-Messungen und der Charakterisierung von Halbleitertestrukturen.

Zu Ihren neuen Aufgaben gehören u.a.:

- Die **Mitarbeit an Technologieentwicklungsprojekten**:

- Der **Support **und die **Durchführung **von **Labor-Messungen **insbesondere auf Waferlevel
- Die **elektrische Charakterisierung **und **Verifikation **von Halbleiterteststrukturen in Hinblick auf Performance, Materialeigenschaften und Zuverlässigkeit
- **Auswertungen **und **Analytik **im Bereich der Technologieentwicklung
- Die **Definition **und **Erstellung **von **automatischen Parametermessprogrammen **zur statistischen Prozessregelung
- Die **Aufrechterhaltung **des laufenden Betriebs unseres **Entwicklungslabors **(inklusive Maintenance, Messstrategie, Investmentplanung und Aufbau von neuem Analyse Equipment)

Sie erfüllen erfolgreich die Voraussetzungen wenn Sie:

- Eine **Matura **in den Bereichen **Mechatronik **/ **Elektrotechnik **(HTL) bzw. eine vergleichbare, technische Ausbildung abgeschlossen haben
- Motivation besitzen, ständig **Neues zu lerne **n **, um die eigene berufliche und persönliche Entwicklung voranzutreiben
- **Begeisterung für Elektrotechnik **und für technische Entwicklungstätigkeiten mitbringen
- Interesse haben Ihr **Verständnis **bezüglich Funktionsweise von Halbleiterstrukturen kontinuierlich **weiterzuentwickeln**:

- **Gut auf Englisch und Deutsch kommunizieren können**
