We are looking for someone who has experience within (tele-)sales and lead management and the passion for sales performance.

**What you´ll do**

The key responsibilities of this role sit within the Sales Department. You will act in Direct Sales operations having a strong focus in supporting Key Account Management.

You will for example:

- Directly contact our leads and prospects to support digital sales
- Assist the delivery of the Polestar experience to both Retail and Fleet customers through in
- & outbound channels
- Support and work at the local sales funnel performance, achieving weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales conversion targets
- Support the Key Account team as well as external partners to convert sales opportunities
- Proactively drive actions to improve our lead conversion and customer retention
- Foster Salesforce development together with central teams to maximise the outcome

**Who are you?**

We are looking for someone who understands the customer needs in the automotive area including:

- Experience in driving tele-, and online-sales processes (Automotive experience is a plus but not mandatory)
- Structured and effective with excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach to problem solving
- Passion for Customer Experience
- High ability to cooperate and work in a team environment with the ambition to share experiences and learn from others
- First experience in working with Salesforce (incl. dashboards) or similar CRM tools
- Fluent in German both verbally and written skills, other languages are meritorious
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (a-levels)
