About the job:
The Red Hat Enterprise Sales team is looking for a Manager of Inside Sales to join us in Zurich, Switzerland; Vienna, Austria; or Munich or Frankfurt, Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for leading an Inside Sales Team in our DACH organization. The team consists of Inside Sales Account Representatives supporting our Enterprise and Commercial Account Executives. This role will give you the opportunity to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment to make a true difference in growing our business and creating solutions that serve Red Hat’s Enterprise customers.
What you will do:
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of motivated Inside Sales Representatives
- Provide coaching to your team and support them in their career progression in Red Hat
- Manage forecasts and pipeline, record sales activity, and schedule follow up activities as needed, tracking customer data using customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Collaborate with internal teams like Finance, Bid Desk, Legal, Business Units, and Operations to support quotations, price negotiations, contract development, and order fulfillment while ensuring compliance with internal processes
- Meet assigned sales quotas
What you will bring:
- Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills
- High-quality customer service skills to build relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and the Inside Sales team
- Excellent mentorship skills
- Ability to collaborate within a team and coordinate complex activities with a diverse set of internal stakeholders
- Ability to use CRM systems
- Experience in a technology or software sales support position in outside sales, inside sales, telemarketing, or sales administration, with a record of achieving sales goals
- Understanding of the complete sales cycle management, from prospecting to closing
- Ability to build long-term relationships with customers by establishing trust and credibility
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
- Familiarity with the IT industry and open source principles is a plus
