- Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung in einem Contact Center in der Reise
- oder Luxusgastronomie;
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift, idealerweise auch in einer weiteren europäischen Sprache (Italienisch, Französisch, Portugiesisch und\/oder Spanisch)
- Sicheres Auftreten am Telefon und ausgezeichnete Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
- Sicherer Umgang mit IT-Systemen im Alltag (Kenntnisse von Versonix Seaware und Sales Force von Vorteil)
- Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Gästen per Telefon, E-Mail, Chat und\/oder persönlich;
- Bereitschaft zur Vollzeitarbeit mit wechselnden Arbeitszeiten, auch an Wochenenden, um globale Märkte und Zeitzonen zu unterstützen.
- Buchen aller Angelegenheiten rund um die Reisen unserer Gäste, unter anderem der Kreuzfahrt, Landausflüge, Transfer und Hotel vor und nach der Kreuzfahrt
- Sie bieten unseren Reiseberatern und Gästen einen erstklassigen Luxus-Service per Telefon, Video-Chat, E-Mail, und\/oder Chat
- Unterstützung des Global Sales Teams, indem Sie enge Beziehungen zu unseren Reiseberatern und Gästen aufbauen
- Als Experte für die Nutzung unserer Technologiesysteme Salesforce und Versonix Seaware schaffen Sie ein personalisiertes Gästeerlebnis
- Sie geben Feedback zur Qualität und Effizienz der Kundenbetreuungsprozesse und erkennen und melden Verbesserungspotenziale.
