Wir suchen eine/n erfahrene/n Projektleiter:in (all genders) für die Implementierung unserer softwarebasierten Informations
- und Kommunikationslösungen bei unseren internationalen Kund:innen. Durch eine professionelle Planung, Kontrolle und Koordination aller Ressourcen stellen Sie sicher, dass ein Projekt innerhalb der definierten Zeit, des Budgets, der Qualität und den im internen Projektauftrag definierten Zielen durchgeführt wird.
Aufgaben
- Sie haben die Gesamtverantwortung (gemeinsam mit dem Lead System Engineer) für internationale Kundenprojekte sowohl hinsichtlich kommerzieller, sozialer wie auch technischer Themen.
- Aufgrund Ihrer umfangreichen Erfahrung planen Sie Projekte aktiv auf und steuern vollumfänglich die Projekt-Ressourcen (Budgets, Meilensteine, Qualität, Termine, Aufgaben, etc.).
- Durch laufendes Reporting des Projektstatus sowie das Controlling der vereinbarten Ziele und Projektstandards, haben Sie immer das Big Picture über das Projekt im Auge.
- Dabei wenden Sie Prozesse im Bereich Risk-, Claim
- und Changemanagement an.
- Sie führen und managen das Projektteam und stellen eine Nachhaltigkeit und Verbesserung der Ergebnisse im Sinne von Lessons Learned sicher.
- Sie managen alle internen und externen Stakeholder und wirken bei der Angebotslegung in Abstimmung mit Sales mit.
Qualifikationen
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Projektmanager:in (ideal: IT oder SW-Projekte).
- Sie konnten sich Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung der gängigen PM-Tools und -Methoden aneignen und sprechen verhandlungssicher Deutsch und sehr gute Englisch.
- Hohes Kundenverständnis und sicheres Auftreten gepaart mit eigenverantwortlichem Handeln und hohem Engagement kennzeichnen Ihre Persönlichkeit. Aufgrund Ihrer hohen sozialen Kompetenz sind sie immer in der Lage Herausforderungen im Team oder beim Kunden souverän zu lösen.
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine gute Auffassungsgabe bei technischen Zusammenhängen (Telekommunikation/IT) helfen Ihnen sich schnell in neue Inhalte einzuarbeiten.
- Eine vorhandene Projektmanagementzertifizierung ist von Vorteil, die Reisetätigkeit beträgt cirka 20 Prozent.

EUR 56.604
Bei dieser Gehaltsangabe handelt es sich um das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt auf Basis einer 38,5 Stunden-Woche. Ihr tatsächliches Jahresbrutto ergibt sich aus der marktkonformen Überzahlung in Abhängigkeit von Ihrer Berufserfahrung sowie fachlichen Qualifikation und ist Teil unseres attraktiven Gesamtpakets.
