**Deine Aufgaben**:
Wir suchen eine dynamische und enthusiastische Person für ein 6-monatiges Praktikum in der Marketingabteilung in Teilzeit (20 Stunden/Woche). In dieser Funktion unterstützt du unsere globale Eventmanagerin bei der Koordinierung von Veranstaltungen in Europa und den USA. Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu bewältigen ist kein Problem für dich und du begeisterst dich dafür in einem schnelllebigen und dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten? Dann bist du bei uns richtig

Folgende Tätigkeiten wären in deinem Aufgabenbereich:

- Bei der **Veranstaltungsplanung** für die von Anyline veranstalteten Roundtables & Webinare, sowie für Event-Teilnahmen von Anyline in **Europa und den USA** bist du mit dabei & unterstützt tatkräftig
- Die Abwicklung von Reisearrangements, Spesen und Verwaltung externer Dienstleister ist Teil deines Aufgabengebietes
- Du buchst und verwaltest diverse Reservierungsanfragen
- Handeling von** Projektplänen** und Jour Fixe liegen bei dir
- ** Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung** von Präsentationen & Berichten sowie der Vermarktung aller Events
- Du bist vor Ort mit dabei und gewährleistest eine erfolgreiche Veranstaltung

**Dein Profil**:

- Du hast ausgeprägte **Projektmanagementfähigkeiten** und eine Liebe zum Detail
- Prioritäten zu setzen ist für dich die Norm - du bist **effizient und arbeitest gerne gut organisiert**:

- Eine flexible, kooperative Arbeitsweise und ein starker Wunsch, neue Fähigkeiten zu erlernen bezeichnen dich sehr gut
- Du bist ein Teamplayer mit sehr guten zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten und der Fähigkeit, effektiv funktionsübergreifend zu arbeiten
- Du beherrscht **Deutsch auf dem Level C2** in Wort und Schrift sowie B2-Sprachkenntnis in Englisch

- ** Compensation**: Für diese Stelle beträgt das monatliche Mindestbruttogehalt laut Kollektivvertrag EUR 1.800;
- (38.5h/Woche). Wir suchen jemanden in Teilzeit (20h/Woche), was ein Gehalt von EUR 935;
- ausmachen würde.
