- Gain knowledge in regard to competency development and training frameworks
- Develop research and analysis skills on training trends, especially in e-learning
- Enhance the training portfolio for the Reliability Technology and Projects department (Fuels and Feedstock Division)
- Support evaluation and set up of database for competence evaluation
- Support the organization and administration of training courses and related activities
- Support communication activities (e.g., development of PowerPoint presentations)

**What we are looking for**
- You are a currently enrolled student in a technical, HR or education study program.
- You are fluent in English.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point; proficiency in other software is an advantage.
- Experience with a Learning Management System is a plus.
- You have great teamwork and communication skills.
