**Your role**:

- You manually record training when automatization isn't possible. Keep records updated and that courses are 'finalized' in the system. Ensuring up to date reports and allows employees and managers to see an accurate view of completed training.
- You support in buying items related to our training classes and provide support for all processes related to initiating purchase requests and paying invoices and ensure that everything is in place for agreed training events, support the Learning Experts by booking venues and all logistics, including preparing rooms and training materials.
- You provide agreed regular reports to requestors, when not available through automated processes and support the Learning Experts to monitor and manage waiting-lists and expressions of interest on demand.
- You respond to withdrawals or cancellation requests and manage the activities required to ensure that all parties are notified and withdrawn appropriately.
- You manage requests coming in via general L&D channels (outlook inbox) and assign them to the responsible Learning Project Manager and you take responsibility on L&D steps within the single seat process and perform compliance checks.
- You support in managing internal and external learning projects and participate in the development of learning products (content, methodology and delivery).
- You support Learning Management Experts in planning of training and setting-up of training catalogues and contribute to continuous improvement of our learning products.
- You work on continuous improvement of learning processes together with Learning Management Experts. Perform regular quality checks and assure data correctness of MySF Learning data. Support the development of processes, work procedures and solutions.

**Your profile**:

- You have a Master Degree in Human Resources
- You have minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
- You are experienced with learning principles, organization, administration and instructional design process.
- You have an understanding of how training and learning processes work.
- You are knowledgeable about e-learning and learning management tools an advantage.
- You are proficient in MS Office; e-learning software is an an asset.
- You have good knowledge of P2P business procedures and related activities in SAP.
- Excellent English - spoken and written.
- You have the Ability to manage stakeholder and supplier.
- You have high skills regarding accuracy and quality awareness. Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
