To strengthen our motivated Talent Management Team at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate Learning & Development (L&D) specialist (M/F/d).

**YOUR ROLE**:

- You are responsible for the strategy and roadmap of our group-wide L&D offering
- You are passionate about designing learning journeys and trainings and implementing them in collaboration with external providers
- You identify learning needs of the organization, managers and employees and advise them on appropriate development measures
- You know the current L&D trends and develop our offerings and systems accordingly
- You maintain a good network with relevant internal and external stakeholders and are also responsible for the search, selection and support of external providers

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- You have a university degree, preferably with focus on HR
- You have profound professional experience in the L&D area and in the design of learning journeys in an international environment
- You are not only service-oriented, but also bring along a hands-on mentality and a structured way of working
- You can manage different stakeholders in Englisch and German (C-Level)
- You like to have fun, experiment with agile methods and you are also up for an after work cocktail once in a while
